Postage and Packaging
All our mail orders are dispatched in purpose made protective cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery. Please add the cost of postage and packing to your order at the following rates: U.K. (standard delivery) £3.50 U.K. (special delivery) £6.50 Europe (air mail) £5.50 Rest of the World (air mail) £7.00
Delivery Times
Hats to all destinations are normally dispatched within 3-4 working days. If your hat is required by return and you live within the U.K. please specify the special delivery option at £6.50 which will normally be dispatched the same day provided the order is placed before midday.
Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Pachacuti. If you do need to return an unworn item, please do so using original packaging within 14 days. We reserve the right not to accept any returns which do not conform to these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We recommend that you ask for a free proof of posting as returned items remain your responsibility until safely received by ourselves. We cannot accept responsibility for the cost of return postage.
If you have ordered an incorrect size, please return the item to us with details of the new size you require and £1.50 in stamps for the return postage.
Prices
Pachacuti reserves the right to change prices as necessary and cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions resulting from these changes.
Product Specifications
Product specifications should be taken only as a general description. Products may vary within reasonable margins with regard to size and colour. Whilst we make every effort to supply stock of standard specification, all our products are handmade and slight variations are beyond our control.
Title
All goods remain the property of Pachacuti until paid for in full.
